I don’t have any details that I can go into, but I have been informed by a reliable source, that Randal St Clair, chef at the newish 50 Plates restaurant in the pearl district has moved on. (updated) Ok, someone else spilled the beans, so I’ll say it: he left involuntarily.

I have worked with Randal St. Clair for many years while in Australia and I can honestly say he is one of the brightest and most creative of Chefs I have worked with and for. Their loss really.

Good luck Randall into the future.

    Sidemeat 500
is brought to you by Kraft!
    Mom’s what still care somewhat,
Serve Kraft genuine sit down &
    shut up mac and ‘cheese’!
Other Mom’s would drive you to a
    somewhat close state
for police nuggets and a de-brief.
    (clean underwear?)
Not your mom! not yet anyway…
