Red Star Tavern and Roast House, have started the year with a new chef. Thomas Dunklin, originally from New Orleans has taken over the Executive position. He’s worked with Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans, and Jan Birnbaum and Walter Pisano in Seattle. It will be interested to see if the quality of the food improves. This comes on the heels
